Do you agree with the statement that nonresponse error can be overcome with larger samples? If you agree, explain why. If you disagree, provide an example that backs up your opinion.

Yes, i agree. Because non-response error become important when we have a sample of very small size and we are missing the big picture because we don't have sufficient observatons to make correct inference about population. As we keep on increasing the sample size the non response can be ignored as the part of population that was not chosen in the sample. And hence if we have a sufficiently large sample, we can easily ignore non-response error.
