Using binomial distribution,

\mu = n * p = 0.36 * 178 = 64.08

\sigma = \sqrt n * p * q = \sqrt 0.36 * 0.64 * 178 = 6.404

Using continuity correction ,

= P((x - \mu ) / \sigma < (61.5 - 64.08) / 6.404)

= P(z < -0.40)

= 0.3446

Probability = 0.3446
