Here the action taken by us is not appropriate as the consignment contains the marijuana hidden in the Vegetables, one should never blindly trust any of the business partners in any case that may lead to the Illegal actions and hence may lead to heavy penalties and heavy charges of law. Here the chances of recovering the payment is near about the zero due to the non fulfilment of the order. and still a attampt can be done to recover the payment as the information about the consignment is hidden by the VV. Legeally he is liable to pay the whole charges .
