Jar contains water 1.05 ltr = (1.5*7/10) ltr. 

7/10th empty means Jar water need to be reduced to 3/10th full of its capacity (1.5 ltr).  

Or, 1.5*3/10 = 0.45 ltr.

So, Water need to be poured out (1.05-0.45) ltr or 0.60 ltr
