Can you please explain the results of part A and B. Why in part A after...

Can you please explain the results of part A and B. Why in part A after we build the circuit in multisim we are getting 100V across every resistor and capacitor which in total is becoming 300V but when we calculate it we are getting 100V 100V and -100V. So why arent we getting -100V in multisim?
