Answer #1

One important strategy to develop trust in a group is to lead by example. Team members are always watching one another and taking cues from each other. By showing the group that he trusts them, Brett can earn their trust in return. He must have to show respect to each and every one and on their opinions. If he will react sensible he can win their trust too.

Secondly, it’s important to keep communication open. Talking to his team in an honest, meaningful way can help to build trust. This can be accomplished by meeting regularly and discussing the progress of the group. This way he can help them in their issues and take lead from the front and motivate the. This is the best way to be a role model and respect full and genuine person while doing job.
