1st random number is the starting point, and 2nd random number mean we have to take every 9th number after the starting point

{if value goes above 26, say 28 we start from 1 again after 26 so 28 will be 2}

sample indexes : 13 , 13+9 , 13+9*2 , 13+9*3........, 13+9*7

= [13 , 22 , 31, 40, 49, 58, 67, 76]

= [13,22,5,14,23,6,15,24] {effective indices as population is upto 26, so after 26 we again start with 1}

the alphabets corresponding to them are :

M,V,E,N,W,F,O,X {required sytematic random sample}
