Based on the recent reports, I have learned that there is a lack of motivation among our staff recently. this has not only affected their work but has affected the performance of the company in the market. Hence, it is essential that the necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue.

I would advise you to change your leadership style to a more people-oriented style such as servant leadership. this will not help you in boosting the morale of the employees but will help them in getting re-engaged with their work. A leader can do great things if he uses the most efficient style of leadership. I have utmost faith in you that you will follow my advice and bring the change which is required in the company to get back a high performance from our employees.
