Aromatic halides generally do not undergo Nucleophilic substitution reactions due to steric hinderence caused by benzene ring and non-stability of phenyl cations.

But , at high pressure and temperature undergo Nucleophilic substitution reactions .

Ex: Ph-Cl + NaOH / 350oC , pressure -------------> PhONa

Therefore,

No reaction in the given case.
