The standardized Residual is the residual divided by standard deviation which is similar to the z score. Hence it has approximately standard normal distribution.
General Rule: The 95% of the data lies between -2 and +2 value of standardized Residual and approximately 99.7% of the data lies between -3 and +3 value of standardized Residual
Generally the value of standardized Residual greater than 2 or less than -2 is considered as outliers.
From the SPSS result summary,
The standardized Residual value for Current Marital Status: married and Poverty Level: above poverty level, the standardized Residual is 2.7 which is greater than 2 which means the data values are outside the 95% limit and need to be analye because something is unusual with the data points.
