Answer #1

There is an increased uproar about the fact that increase in technological advances could lead to and is leading to a decarease in the number of jobs that is posting serious situations of inequality. Here, inequality is only in explaining how the privileged and the higher paid jobs are only restricted to one sector of the society, the more educated and the more qualified sector, whereas the sector that does not endorse heavy degrees or are mere graduates or people who have completed school, will not be getting employed or have a lower chance of getting employed. This has hyped since there is automation now in every sector of the society. Automation in software’s, creation of smarter software’s that would make manual work less and less required is eliminating the need for lesser educated people, since the work that can be carried out by the, is now being done through softwares, benefiting the employer. The employer gets benefited as he has to take care of lesser Human Resource, pay monthly wages to a lesser nu,bet of people with a one time investment of software development, thus reducing time and saving money.

This makes distribution of jobs in the society fairly unequal, as it is becoming increasing isolated in the space where people hold bigger masters degree or a post doc. Most of the clerical work is now getting automated, and this change is occurring a put a pace that is much greater than people would expect. One of the most famous examples in present day is that of the softwares that carry out resume scrutinisation, such that the candidates who are eligible, would be selected based on their profile fed into the software, that matches the points to the requirements of the employer and anyone falling below those standardised formulated criteria would be rejected. This has taken out the jobs of so many people who would manually match the candidate to the requirements of the company and then present the scrutinised resumes to the employer for further rounds.
