l = 3 ,then the orbital is f orbital .

mi = -3 ,-2 ,-1 ,0 , 1 , 2, 3

there are 7 subshell, each shell can hold 2 electron .

therefore , a completely filled f orbital can occupy (2*7 = 14)

14 electron .
