General interpretation of confidence interval is, if we perform same experiment large number of times and compute confidence interval for each sample then we observed that the true population proportion lies between 32.1% and 46.6% at confidence level 95%

i.e. we are 95% confident that the between 32.1% and 46.6% of cars in the united states are made in Japan.

Option B ) is correct.
