Cl will have M and M+2 in the ratio of 3 : 1.
As we can see the third spectrum in the list has two peaks separated by 2 mass units in the ratio of 3 :1. So this is for 1-chloro-2-phenylethane compound.
M+ for 1-bromotoluene is 170. As can be seen we have in spectrum 1 (top one) with two peaks at 170 and 172 for Br-79 and Br-81 isotope containing compound of p-bromotoluene. So this epctrum is for p-bromotoluene.
M+ for 1-bromo-2-phenylethane is at 184 (Br-79) and 186 (Br-81). These two peaks are clearly visible in the second spectra in the middle. So the spectrum is for 1-bromo-2-phenylethane.
