Solute dissolve in the solvent is called the salvation. In this process the solute ions surrounded by concentric shells of solvent. It becomes in to a solvent complex.

Generally in this process involves the bond formation like H- bond and Vander walls force of attraction.

In this salvation if we use water as a solvent is called Hydration.
