3 new concepts

The new concepts which I never had any background on and the impact which I personally had because of these are as follows

a) Alarms are used every day by me to wake up. However, I usually forget to do many tasks which I am supposed to do on a particular day and at a particular time. One of those is to have food at the proper time. Due to heavy workload, I get focussed on work and often forget to have food on time which has started troubling my stomach in several ways. A journal narrating different ways alarm can be used was really helpful. I created multiple alarm in my cell phone for different time as to have food. This really helped me pause any work and have food on time.

b) Stress is one of those factors which had started affecting both my mental and physical health. The concept of having a daily walk for 30 minutes to an hour was of great help to me. While walking I realized that many of the unsolved questions in my brain either vanished or found a solution. While returning home after the walk, I found myself really calm, peaceful and stress-free. This concept personally helped me get rid of stress to a greater extent.

c) Personally, I love food and my body is not allergic to most of the ingredients except a few. I always felt that taste enhancers in some of the food I have, actually enhanced taste and had no side effects. However, when I found my body reacting to food which has taste enhancers, I realized that this component in food is not suitable to all. Following this, I decided to avoid food which has taste enhancers and the best part was the food which I had devoid of taste enhancers tasted far better than those with taste enhancers. Perhaps I was able to understand the actual taste of food which was not overwhelmed by taste enhancers.

2 areas with a radical change

a) Mobile phones - I feel the cell phone industry is the one which will go a radical change on the next 20 years. Let's take, for instance, mobile phones launched 10 years back as compared to that of today. Technology advancements, the introduction of new and improved applications, bandwidth increment are few of them we have seen. A lot of research is happening in this sector across the globe and hence a huge change can be expected in the next 20 years

b) Classrooms - Currently smart classrooms are being introduced into education system which can be seen as a change in the education system. The Internet is being used at its best to boost the education system today. With research and advancements in technology classrooms and education systems are expected to undergo a radical change in the next 20 years.
