Two reports submitted, One is submitted by Jennifer who is Transportation Director for the City Transit Authority (CTA) and another one submitted by Michael who is Bus Driver is so different because of the following sense.·The report submitted by Jennifer Shows that the past behavior of Mike in her company bus does not show how the accident occurs in the place.·The report submitted by Jennifer is on the basis of her past experience, halo effect, stereotyping, contrast effect, impression. So her report is not actually how the accident occurs.
The report of describe and only focused on her past experience and performance of driver past 15 months but the report of Mike describes how the accident happen to him.·Report of Jenifer shows that her report only focused on past experience, in this case, she thought only internal factors of drivers is the reason for the accident. But the report of Mike shows that how the Internal factors are reasonable for an accident.·Report of Jenifer describe that driver is one regular drunker, he is suspended from his job which is internal factor shows that her past experience of Jenifer. But the report submitted by Mikes he wants to convince that the accident happens by the external environment.·In first report Internal Attribution is high but External Attribution is low so it indicates that this report was written on the basis of consistency Attribution Theory, But the second report shows Internal Attribution is low and External Attribution is high. So we know that the report was written on the basis of Consensus Attribution Theory.
