Answer #1

My choice is to buy a new house because this is a long term asset and has a remarkable benefit.

I would feel very comfortable because it is for the benefit of the whole family.

The financial decisions that I would consider include the source of funds for the purchase and the market rate for the same kind of houses because I would be considering the financial it will have on other things that I am supposed to handle.

The nonfinancial decision for buying a house would include the location of the house and ease of access to facilities like electricity and water.
