Let everything is insulated and there is no heat loss.

Energy gained by the thermometer (E1) must be equal to the energy lost by the water (E2).

specific heat of water is 4186 J/kgC
specific heat glass 840 J/kgK
density of fresh water at 24.1C = 0.100 g/cm³ (approx)
115 mL = 115 cm³
115 cm³ x 0.100 g/cm³ = 115 g = 0.115 kg

You really need to know the exact type of glass, as they vary.

E1 = 840 J/kgK x 0.0325 kg x (41.8–24.1)
E2 = 4186 J/kgC x 0.115 kg x (T–41.8)

840 x 0.0325 x (41.8–24.1) = 4186 x 0.115 x (T–41.8)
