Answer #1

answer-

In this case, supervisor should accepts Jason's request to give Him extra 10 minutes break for pray because under this case we find facts like Jan is the supervisor means who sees the act of their employees so they are also respect their religion beliefs.the second fact is that Jason is a religious person who pray several times per day.

If we see these above facts then refusing the request of Jason can lead to legal issues like refusal of praying at employment is discriminatory or not under law?

If we apply the legal theories like -

First Amendment - Religion and Expression. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title VII of that Act protect employees and students from religious discrimination in the workplace and in the educational setting. Employers cannot discriminate against their employees or prospective employees on the basis of their religion.

In this case i would like to cite the case like Patterson v. Walgreen Co., The case involves an Orlando, Florida, training instructor, Darrell Patterson, who sued his former employer, Walgreen Co., for religious discrimination. Patterson is a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, which prohibits work on the Sabbath. Walgreen scheduled Patterson for a Saturday shift, and fired him when he refused the assignment.

so, i would say that refusing the prayers would lead to legal suit against the employer.

*hope above answer would help you.
