In a study of the use of Captropil with diuretic-treated hypertensive patients, a 6.2 mg dose is used. Each patient’s systolic blood pressure (BP, unit: mmHg) is noted before he or she receives the drug and again 70 minutes after the drug is administered. Conduct an appropriate test to check if the drug reduces the BP with significance level 0.05.   (Hint, the data is not normally distributed. Use Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test).
