how to crystallize the solution after obtaining a super cooled solution?( the experiment is about super cooled and crystallization of sodium asetate solution)

Answer #1

The solute will naturally start to deposit out of the solution in a super cooled solution. However if we need to recrystallise it, we need to use a seed crystal like alum in the solution which acts like a nucleus around which the solute crystallises.
