A doctor wants to test the effects of a new medicine on the length of recovery time from COVID-19. The doctor administers the medicine to 81 patients and finds those patients recover in an average of 5.7 days, with a sample standard deviation of 1.1 days. Your friend believes that a tonic created in the bathtub will also help people recover from COVID-19. Your friend administers the tonic to 63 people and finds that those people recover in an average of 4.5 days, with a sample standard deviation of 2.1 days.

Create a 96% confidence interval for the difference between the doctor's medicine and your friend's tonic. (Use medicine - tonic)
