chemlee is a chemical manufacturing firm tht produces and supplies various chemical substances. Chemlee Manufacturing employs 300 employees. however , the labour turnover rate experienced by Chemlee mabufacturing has escalated substantialy over the years. Tis has cpmpromised Chem Lee's ability to ensure efficiecent service delivery to its clients. As a consultant i have been ask to investigate the causes for labour turnover for Chemlee Manufacturing. Develop suitable strategies and resolutionsfor Chem lee manufacturing. How do i develop appropriate title for the research for the above? What are the various steps in the research process that iwould have to undertake? would the below be correct? 1.indentifying the problem. 2. clarifying the problem 3.developing a research design and lastly interpreting the findings. Looking at the case above, which research paradigm would be most appropriate and suitable strategies to be used?

Labour turnover refers to the number of employees that left the company in a certain period of time, while labor turnover rate refers to the calculation of the percentage of the number of employees left by the number of employees in the organization.

As the research is about a certain company and we are not aware of its management, operation, and HR Policy so we will discuss the process in general.

As Chemlee is facing the problem which they are determined to overcome so to eradicate the problem they have to introduce or improve some processes which are mentioned below:

  1. As people are leaving the company so every time an employee is leaving proper feedback is needed to understand the reason for leaving.
  2. Then analyze the problem, if there are any changes needed.
  3. Also, careful recruitment is needed. Because negligence in recruitment can lead to the problem of employee separation. It is indeed needed to judge if the employee will be able to cope up with the job.
  4. To improve proper knowledge regarding job, organization and its objectives, goals, and procedures a proper training and development should be introduced. Like,

    Orientation Training

    On-Job training

    Classroom Training

    Industrial training etc.

  5. To assist the employees to perform better and to earn more.
  6. Pay (wages, salary) is the most driving factor for any of the employees, so paying the deserving pay can help to eradicate some problems. A system of wage and salary administration should be carried out in such a manner that employees are attracted, retained, motivated, recognized, appreciated, treated fairly and equitably.
  7. Job satisfaction can lead to the high productivity, longevity of the employee and a good relationship between the employer and employee which can be lasted longer.
  8. Also, be attentive to the fact if any employee is demotivated. Then find the reason to uplift the morale and encourage the employee. As nowadays many organizations are working on stress management for a healthier atmosphere in the work station.
