A. KCl will have low pH because it is neutral salt ( strong acid and strong base) whereas NH4Cl is salt of weak base and strong acid.

B. AlBr3 because NaCH3COO is basic salt. ( CH3COOH is weak acid and HBr is strong acid)

C. LiI neutral salt and K2CO3 is basic salt. So LiI is correct
