Employee Turnover can be calculated as follows

Step 1

Average Employee is calculated which is Sum of number of employees in beginning and number of employees in end divided by 2. ( Here in this question it is given that average number of employee is 2200

Step 2

Find the number of employee separated which we can infer from the question as 300 since the number of employee separated would be number of employee inducted

Step 3

Employee Turnover = No. Of Employee separated / No. of average employee

which as per data given in question will be 300 / 2200 = 0.136

So The answer would be Employee Turnover is equal to 0.136
