If employees finds that their salary is lower than the salary shown on an Internet pay survey, do you think they should ask their managers why their pay is different? Explain. (10 points)

Internet pay surveys might be from various industries and the data collected might be from different people with different experiences and designations. A position in one company might have different work requirements from the same position in another company . So the employees need to understand that what their company demands from their designation might be different or the company's policies might be different from others and hence there is variations in salaries. If the company is paying below the minimum salary range as per law then the employees can ask their managers for the reason but they should not ask the managers based on some internet survey because the survey and it's situations might be completely different that what they are in .
