Mark Saunders has asked you to prepare a presentation about the membership billing system to Green Haven’s management team. Green Haven is a full service 18-hole golf course. In addition to the golf course, there is a driving range, golf store, and restaurant open from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. every day of the week.
Green Haven’s golf club members may pay their membership each month, quarterly, or as an annual payment. Monthly bills are sent to members when they charge merchandise in the golf store and restaurant. The golf course is open to non-members. Non-members pay each time they play and are able to use the driving range, golf store, and restaurant. If a non-member opens an account with Green Haven, they can charge rounds of golf, merchandise, and restaurant purchases.
