beta = coefficient of volume expansion

both lead and quartz objects experience the same change in volume

dVlead = dVqurtz

beta_lead * Vo*dTlead = beta_quartz*Vo*dTquartz

dTquartz = beta_lead*dTlead/beta_quartz

dTquartz = (8.7 x 10^-5 * 3.5) / 1.5 x 10^-6

dTquartz = 203 oC
