I am being accused of cheating what can i say to this question.

“Can you provide me the explanations for all your footnotes and asterisks? You have these throughout the assignments in question for certain amounts but then you never explain them at the end of your documents”?

When anyone is falsely accused the solid ground of proof may help you on to self-smooth rather than feel compelled to defend against the matter of dispute. Accused persons always have to       maintain sense of self-worth and not to give up on falsely accused matter. Therefore, after being accused of cheating, the questions are put to the witness for cross examination and will be systematically confronted with the previous statements and facts which are referred to after every question that witness has also to reply. Even the prosecutor’s witnesses are also cross-examined by defence lawyer.

Finally, by focusing on the discrepancies between the facts as observed during cross-examination of each party and their statements with sufficient level of credibility the decision may be further reviewed. Even the credibility of witness who is supporting the accused also examined properly that why he is supporting the accused and if the documents, facts, and evidences are available in favour of accused then the decision may be in favour of being accused after all sufficient and required examination of matter of facts.
