First we have to plot it.

By analyzing the equation y=-0.4771x - 89.929 we can determine the exchange current by setting y=0. So we have i0 = -188.49 uA. Rate constant is the slope : -0.477 mV/uA. The charge transfer resistance is related this way:

where F is Faraday's constant, R is the constant for gases, n is the number of electrons involved and T the temperature. In this case we find that . You have to complete with the missing values.
