Answer #1

Confounding : The process by which unimportant comparisons are deliberately mixed up or

entangled with block comparisons for the purpose of assessing more important comparisons with greater efficiency .

For confounding we will just follow these steps :

  1. Firstly we will write   structure
  2. Then we will write the elements that want to be confounded
  3. then multiply both effects and square letter will be equated with unity (i.e. 1)
  4. Now, we will prepare our first block also known as "Principal Block" or "Key Block"
  5. Then we will assign all the remaining elements randomly such that the positive elements should be in same block and negative element should be in other same block .
