The local soft-drink distributor tells you that his company will give you $60,000 a year if he can put his drink logo on the scoreboard, in a dozen other places in the sport facilities, including the locker rooms. He also wants you and the coaches to do a local commercial for his company. The principal and parent board say it is your decision. Outline the points you will make to them regarding what you have arrived at.

  5. Are the other coaches agreeing to the same, especially to do a local commercial for the company.
  6. Ultimately, will it impact the school's reputation - whether positively or negatively.

The above steps will help in arriving at a logical decision to whether go ahead with the plan or devise an alternative strategy to resource the required funds.
