nCx = n! / [ ( n - x)! * x! ]

P(At least 3 female) = P(3 female and 2 male) + P(4 female and a male) + P(5 female)

= [ 30C3 * 30C2 / 60C5 ] + [ 30C4 * 30C1 / 60C5 ] + [ 30C5 / 60C5 ]

= 0.50
