In this equilibrium system, NH3 listed as reactant and it is weak base.

when

HCl is added then NH3 react with HCl to form NH4CL.

NH3 + HCl ..............> NH4Cl

According to  Le Chatelier’s Principle, equilibrium shift in left direction.
