When the book is launched up the incline it will travel as a projectile with concerned velocity and acceleration due to gravity.

However while sliding down, the motion will be hampered due to friction between the book and incline. This will decrease the effective acceleration and increase the time taken by the book to cover the same distance downward.

Option c is correct.
