Need help understanding process with verilog module code on a basys 3 for this. More details on process the better.

One person controls switches 0 to 7 and other controls switches 8 to 15. Each person inputs a 7-bit binary number by toggling his 7 switches on the right (i.e., sw [0] to sw [6] or sw [8] to sw [14]), and then toggles their leftmost switch (i.e., sw [7] or sw [15]) to be on when theyre ready. If the sum of the two numbers both players have input is odd, then first person wins. Otherwise the other one wins. For example, if P1’s number is “1010100” and P2’s number is “0101001”, since the sum is odd, P1 wins. When a player wins, the 8 LEDs on his/her side should all light up.
