Federal Government plays an important role in financing and managing the Human Service and Health care Department. The President's Fiscal year 2020 budget makes stratrrgi investments to protexp the halthh and well being of Americans. The mission HHS is to enhance and consider the Healthcare as their basic priority. The budget proposes $87.1 billion and $1.2 trillion in mandaroma funding for HHS. In the long run the expenditures related to Human Services and Medicare are grownin faster in the economy and tends to benefit the mass population. CBO estimates the Socoal Security will rise 4.8% of GDP in 2009 to 6.2% of GDP by 2035 where it will stabilize.

Improving the human Service and Health of the people is not only achieved by the work of the departments but by the collaboration of certain authorities and people. Federal Advisory Committees enable the Department to collaborate with other Federal department and agencies as well as the pepope. HHS has the strong relationships with the private sector. The Goal of the Government is to focus only on the medical needs of the people. By this budget, government is providing medical aids to the people and human services for the welfare of the country by the next five years.
