1 mole of calcium nitrate, Ca(NO3)2 contains 1mole of Calcium. From this we can conclude that 164 grams of calcium nitrate contains 40.078 grams of calcium. Therefore, 100 grams of calcium nitrate contains 40.078*100/164 = 24.437 grams of calcium
