Answer

Employees left the job to search for better opportunity by acquiring the training from the startup company. For this issue the company needs to employ a contract recruitment method so that new hires are not allowed to leave the firm till they serve a stipulated time. If the candidate want to work for the company they need to agree for the contract terms and serve the company effectively. To retain them the company needs to have a reward and recognition program every half yearly or annually, and it must have a promotional plan and career development plan to give employees a better picture of how the firm can grow their career and help them get promoted when they complete certain months and are assessed on performance.

To promote cuktcult diversity and repsect, the firm must provide a cross cultural and diversity training through online seminars or computer based learning, it must make sure the employees know English language and make it main language in which all the members can communicate, irrespective of their nationalities. Firm needs to avoid any sort of discrimination and respect every individual by guiding them whenever they want by allocating ciordinacors, and group the employees for better direction.

It is important to keep the employees motivated and help them understand the cultural values of the firm. Have some social media platforms used to keep the employees integrated and share the achievements of employees to that networks to make them feel they are valued and are appreciated. Bring a point system or some kind of performance assessment system to keep them motovmoti by fivigi feedback and facilitating them with their needs .

* These individuals are leaving due to low pay and they can get better opportunity elsewhere, they can apply the training they acquire from the startup company, and build there career. Increase in pay is not only the solution, the firm must have development plan and promotional plan to retain the employees. Analyse the industry pay and keep the competitive pay packages for highly talented employees who can contribute to greater success. Contract employment helps to make them stay loyal and work effectively and also give scope for these members to get adjusted and understand the company. Bonuses can be applied once the company gets stable in the market and start earning good profits.
