Electrical Machinery:

Protecting of Induction Motor From Phase & Temperature Variation: This involves both the operation of MOTOR and TRANSFORMER with their co-functioning in a same platform.

Overview: Over heating of a motor has very bad effects on the life time of the motor. Hence it is necessary to protect the motor from single phasing and overheating. The present project should include hardware setup for monitoring the present phases and temperature of the motors in real-time manner. When there is any deviation in these two parameters the corresponding system generates necessary actions in form of alarm or SMS delivery to the monitoring person.

Industrial Control:

Digital Dashboard:

Measuring various engine data using in standard Industrial machines with Arduino and retrieve/display it over LAN in a webpage .

Overview: The rotation data of engines are measured using analog gauge and continuously collecting data and processed at Arduino Board . The appropriate control are taken at the C++ code in Arduino coding ,The control signals are passed to an PWM board(Pulse Width Modulation) to convert them into actual analog control for those motors.

Dynamic:

Robotic arm: This is a simple robotic ARM assembled using all available materials like card-board, glue, bread board and arduino as controller.First of all the selected motions of the ARM are loaded into the Arduino.At inference mode these motion data are converted into controlled current by varying the resistance of potentiometer to control the ARM as required by the user.
