Technology and workforce diversity will influence the Training and development professionals in organizations the most.

Reason - technology is getting enhanced faster than an ordinary thinking of human being. Technology is now getting very much faster and introduce many new approaches and trends for enhancing the efficiency of organizations. Every organisation want to accomplish its tasks, objectives and goals as much as efficient and effective and for this purpose, organizlsations introduces new technologies. There were many new learning methods for new technologies.

Big data and mobile learning also comes in the category of technology training and development. Handling big data like Hadoop, operating mobile phones efficiently and use it for the work of organization create a new level of working environment.

Training and development has also major influence on workforce diversity because now a days people shifts their work according to their payscale and further development. To be stuck at a single can't bring development in an individual hence moving and learning new aspects are in trends and probably can get increased in future too so it creates a high workforce diversity. Work with proper coordination and understanding is very much important and for that workforce diversity should be properly understandable by the employees.

Competencies in the field of technology, data handling and managing workforce diversity are becoming more important in the future.

Every competency is important in its own, neither competency is more important nor less important. For being a perfect employee, each competency matters a lot.

New trends in technologies and data handling impacts the training and development at very higher level.
