(a)

EXERGONIC

The reaction in which energy is released to the surroundings . This is due to bonds being formed are stronger than the bonds being broken.

ENDERGONIC

The reaction in which ,energy is absorbed from the surroundings. This is due to bonds being formed are weaker than the bonds being broken.

Both exergonic and endergonic are as similar as like exothermic and endothermic chemical reaction.

(b)

If a reaction is non-spontaneous(endergonic) in one direction ,then from other direction it should be exergonic.Then after reaction can possible.

The amount of energy absorbed should equal to amount of energy released in same identical condition. This relationship make possible the forward and backward reactions of a reversible process.

(c)

Human body is intricate designed machine or can be say it is a biological autonomous system which depend on various N parameters. It is a fully controlled machine which consist of many sub systems like input system (senses) , output system, processor (Brain), memory, energy production system (digestion system+ respiratory system), hardware system (musculoskeletal system), signal transmission system (central nerves system ) , it have additional feature is reproduction system. it have excellent ability to process and calibrate the input data and stored data .So from biological [point of view you can consider a human body as a machine.
