Answer #1

As a teacher, we can say that it is okay to take risks when we can say that the risks have the ability to take into account the best possible utilization process which impacts the most member of students positively.

We can say that the fact that a major change needs to be introduced based on its impact over the entire system and not just a select few is even more necessary in an educational institution

For example

A school wants to implement a direct study program, where the investment would allow the school to create a better prospect for their top students but most of the professors are against the study program since it somehow caters to the needs of s few and has no concrete factors for the success of the organization as a whole

Another school wants to implement VR technology into teaching, where, the teacher with the help of both AR and VR technology or being able to cater to the needs of the students with both low and high performance better. The only factor is that the system has a high overhead and maintenance cost and therefore the decision needs to be made concerning the installation and the utilization of this system using a Cost-benefit analysis.

I have a Java question. (I'm using BlueJ.) I'm trying to program something that calculates pay roll. Most of it works, but I've identified two parts that don't: It labels all salaries as "Fulltime" no matter how many hours worked I input, and the do/while loop does something weird. The if/else statement I have for the fulltime vs part time is: if (hoursWorked < 40.0) { position = partTime; } else if (hoursWorked >= 40.0 || hoursWorked <= 168.0) {...
