Explanation: In order to create an optimal channel system, the strategic decisions which a firm should make must include the number of channels which the firm would offer, the categories of channels offered and the intensity of broadcasting of these channels. This will make sure that there sufficient supply of the services to the available customers which are not controllable (in number) by the firm.
