Osmotic pressure equation is:- πV = nRT

Where, π is osmotic pressure; V is volume of solution; n is mole, R is universal gas constant, T is temperature.

π(500/1000) = (75/180) × 0.0821 × (45+273)K

180 is the molar mass of glucose

π = 21.76 atmospheric pressure.
