The Company which i will discuss is Walmart company which is very famous retailer chain organization operate in many countries. The company is one of the company which provide employment to thousands of people but it also faces some legal issues. The legal issue is related to case of violation of one of the amendment which is the first amendment involve Freedom of Religion, Speech, and the Press . in this law, government or organization in private can not restrict US citizens from stopping doing religious activities or putting their views in speech to go press.

In this case, Walmart has violated this federal law also EEOC law for discrimination on religion basis. in this case, this amendment applied to Walmart because Walmart store has put down the request of its employee Edward Hedican, assistant manager to not to work from sundown Fridays to sundown Saturdays so he could observe the Sabbath as his religion requires.this shows how the Walmart like big company is not following the federal law of our country and violating the first right of its citizen.

This put undue burden because Company could have ignored the legal suit from its employee if they could have comply with federal law and respect the rights of US citizens. This put legal case suit and put respect of company on the line and also include thousands of dollar fines if Walmart loses the case. Company in any industry should respect the constitutional rights of its employees and act in legal way.
