  • Total manufacturing overhead applied = 16500000 x 40% = $ 6,600,000
  • Total direct labor cost = $ 6600000 / 150% = $ 4,400,000
  • Total Direct material cost used = 16500000 – 6600000 – 4400000 = $ 5,500,000
