Let's examine how practitioner and provider payment (capitation, fee for service, shared savings, valued based payments, etc) and funding impact consumers who have government-funded insurance such as Medicaid, Medicare, Child Health Plus, Exchange vs. Commercial products.

As an employer I will make sure that my employees are covered under efficient insurance programs and are able to take the benefits associated with the plans provided by these programs. In order to make sure that the efficient use of health care services are being offered , I will establish the copays and deductibles in a way that they do not become a burden for the employees and at the same time also cover them under beneficial plans.

I will make sure that the monthly paid installments of deductibles are manged well and so that the employees compensation does not seem to affect by great extend by such deductibles .

Moreover the insurance deductibles will be compensated by establishing the employers "deductions for employee convenience" Wherein I will contribute the amount otherwise paid to employees as allowance,,,,, Which will save employee from paying the amount from out of pocket cost , and will rather be constituting his employees benefits recievable from the employer. The deductibles will thus constitute a very little part of employees monthly pay.

And for copays the amount charged will be least as the deductibles will be made greater, , because copays are to be immediately paid while receiving treatment due to which they might burden the employees at once, ,, , , therefore by setting copay amount low,,,,, employees will be charged very less at time of treatment through paying in advance.

Health care services where patient will get the best possible care through sharing cost burden and getting treatment without worrying a lot about expensive copays will be the mission of organization.

As there might be many cases of emergency such as employer injury from improper machine handling the insurance coverage should intend to provide immediate care required without laying burden of cost once of a sudden on part of employee.
