Firstly, The most important thing to be consider is ‘budget’. How much money my family can spent on our next summer vacation trip. Next things which come in line are decision of where to go, How to go. where to stay and last how to come back. This all should come under the given budget.

I will make a complete data base of these things and money spent on each thing. There are two ways of planning, Either choose a travelling company tell them your budget and place where I want to go, then they will decide, suggest and plan the whole vacation according to them Or to search, find routes and ways for each single thing by my own.

Here I decided to do everything on my own. Considering the budget and by deciding the place, after that I will find a perfect accommodation and settle down a travelling vehicle according to no. of people on this trip. Travelling tickets of both sides should be done prior to anything so that we can conclude the number of days of the trip and the number of places to visit in those days.

After the complete research of the different places, travelling routes, travelling ways I will then final everything about the trip.
